HBO renews "Newsroom" and "True Blood"


The information company may be in tumult in the electronic age, but "The Newsroom" was doing just excellent on Thursday when wire TV system HBO restored the high-profile TV dilemma for a second period.

HBO also said it will restore creature of the night dilemma "True Blood" for a 6th period next season.

Both reveals have been among the system's top applications, but "The Newsroom," designed by "The Public Network" author Aaron Sorkin and featuring Mark Daniels, is new to US tv having been released less than two several weeks ago behind large advertising.

Daniels performs a doubtful, middle-aged TV anchorman who, along with his manufacturer ex-girlfriend (Emily Mortimer), efforts to move up his every night display by reestablishing respectable literature.

The system gained combined opinions following its May 23 elite. Web page metacritic.com, which gathers evaluations of TV reveals, films and songs, obtained the system 57 out of 100, depending on 31 opinions. But a "user score" produced by lovers creating feedback on your website was much greater at 8.6 out of 10.

Meanwhile "True System," a dream dilemma informing of skeletons who wander among the people in imaginary Bon Temperature, La, also was restored by the system. HBO did not reveal any information on air times or possible changes for the new conditions.
